Today, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a first meeting with the Prime Minister of Luxembourg Luc Frieden in Davos since his appointment.

The President of Ukraine  thanked for Luxembourg's support, including for Ukraine’s path to the EU and the decision to approve €50 billion Ukraine Facility.

He informed about the battlefield situation and Ukraine’s priory defense needs. Two sides discussed continued cooperation, including financial assistance for Ukraine, the seizure of frozen Russian assets, and the Peace Formula. 

The successful fourth Peace Formula meeting of advisors in Davos was also noted. 

President Zelenskyy  invited Luxembourg to contribute to the preparations for the Global Peace Summit.
