The Head of Ukrainian Mission to NATO, Ambassador I.Dolhov visited the Allied Command Operations headquarters, located in Mons (Belgium).

During the visit he met the Deputy Chief of Staff on military cooperation - Director of Military cooperation division Major-General F. Maleninsky and political adviser to Supreme Allied Commander in Europe S. Cavinton.

Ukrainian delegation was familiarized with the main tasks and functions of Allied Command Operations, as well as the steps aimed on improving its structure, capacity and capability.

During the visit the sides discussed Ukraine's participation in NATO-led peacekeeping operations, prospects of military cooperation between Ukraine and NATO, Ukraine's participation in NATO Response Forces.

Head of the Ukrainian mission to NATO visited also the Headquarters of Special Operations Force.
