Today, the Embassy of Ukraine together with the British Embassy in Belgium organized the Ukraine Witness Testimony Event dedicated to the courage and resilience of Ukrainian women and men who suffered horrific torture by the russian military during the occupation.
The event was attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps, civil society, media, and government officials.
The audience heard the stories of civilians in russian captivity. These are stories of
atrocities, abuse, torture, inhuman treatment, and humiliation committed by russians.
"Today, the world will learn even more truth about those who ruthlessly attacked our country and took away our peaceful life. russian barbarians do not spare anyone - neither men, nor women, nor children. They are taking civilians hostage, intimidating and torturing them, and trying to keep them silent about russia's crimes. But Ukrainians are unbreakable and no enemy has conquered us. We will be held accountable for all crimes! We will not forget and we will not forgive", - Chargé d'Affaires Nataliia Anoshyna.

The russian executioners, all those involved in the crimes, those who gave the orders, and the entire Kremlin leadership will be punished for all the crimes committed against Ukrainians. And Ukraine is not alone on the path to justice, we are together with our reliable foreign partners and friends!
