On 23 April 2015 The House of Representatives of the Federal Parliament of Belgium ratified the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU.

This event, however, is not final in the context of internal procedures stipulated by the Belgian law. Appropriate ratifications of the Agreement by the parliaments of Regions and Communities of Belgium will take place in the near future before the notification will be sent to the depositary.
