The participants of liturgy prayed for Ukraine and for the victims of this year's Revolution of dignity and the Holodomor of 1932-1933. The event was attended by the representatives of Ukrainian diaspora in Belgium and Ukrainian diplomats in Belgium.

In his speech, Deputy Head of Mission of Ukraine to NATO Y.Bozhok, in particular, stressed that 2014 was a year of revival of the Ukrainian nation and the birth of a new generation future of which is in the Large European family. Opposing the Russian aggressor in eastern Ukraine, the Ukrainians are defending not only their land and families, but also fighting for the freedom and stability for all of Europe.
