On 15 February 2011 Ambassador of Ukraine I.Dolhov met with Minister-President of the German-speaking community of Belgium, President of the Association of European Border Regions, Member of the Congress of the Council of Europe K.-H.Lambertz.

During the meeting the prospects of cooperation in sharing experience on guaranteeing the rights and freedoms of national and linguistic minorities, as well as cross-border cooperation were discussed.

The Parties expressed their readiness to cooperate in the framework of the Council of Europe considering the presidency of Ukraine in the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe from May to November 2011.
