On 19 April 2011 Ambassador of Ukraine to Belgium Mr. Ihor Dolhov met with the Belgian MEP, Member of the European Parliament’s Committee for Foreign Affairs Mrs. Annemie Neyts-Uyttebroeck.

During the meeting the issues of current state and prospects of cooperation between Ukraine and EU in the context of European Neighborhood policy  «Eastern Partnership», Action Plan for liberalization of visa regime for Ukraine, negotiation process on signing the Association Agreement between Ukraine and EU, as well as creation of Free Trade zone were discussed.

A.Neyts-Uyttebroeck was informed about development of bilateral cooperation in the sphere of energy, in particular of organization on the occasion of 25th Anniversary of Chernobyl Catastrophe of international events and participation of the Belgian delegations in them.
