The activity of the observers is ruled by the Law “On the elections of the President of Ukraine”, dated 05.03.1999 № 474 (art. 68- art.70). The procedure for registration of the observers is adopted by the resolution of the Central election commission of Ukraine, dated 04.03.2014 №30.
