The 1 of October 2013 the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to Belgium Mr Ihor Dolhov received a delegation of the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations, who is on a visit to Brussels to conduct high-level meetings with officials of the European Union.

The lively exchange of views took place during the meeting on Ukraine's European prospects and the process of the European integration, the mission of Ukrainian churches in establishing friendly relations between Ukraine and the European Community, as well as Ukraine's best practices in the field of interfaith understanding and cooperation.

The parties reaffirmed their support for the irreversible European progress of Ukraine, which is the common aspiration of the representatives of all confessions in Ukraine, as well as of the Ukrainian people.
