On Tuesday, in his interview to the journalists in Luxembourg V. Lytvyn claimed that "we need to demonstrate responsible implementation of the Resolution, and real actions in fulfilling respective instructions, so that it is clear when and what recommendations Ukraine can and shall perform."
Answering the journalists´ questions on practicability of establishing a special working group on implementation of recommendations within the Verkhovna Rada, as it is proposed by the representatives of opposition, V. Lytvyn claimed that he does not support such approach. "I gave a written proxy to the Head of Parliamentary Delegation of Ukraine in PACE Ivan Popesku to introduce proposals of the delegation in regard to respective actions," he said. "Everything else is political technologies and realization of political scenarios," noted the Head of the Parliament.
Summing up, V. Lytvyn stressed that it is necessary to find "acceptable solutions in the legal plane" to the implementation of PACE recommendations.
