On 24th November 2011 Ambassador of Ukraine to Belgium H.E. Mr. Ihor Dolhov paid a working visit to Kortrijk city (West Flanders). In the framework of the visit meetings with top management of DNA-Interactif Fashion BVBA, Bekaerts and Barco companies took place.

Presentations of companies’ production potentialities, as well as exchange of views on prospects of launching and continuation of cooperation in Ukrainian market took place during the meeting. Ambassador, in his turn, informed counterparts on internal situation in Ukraine, current state of negotiation process on Association Agreement between Ukraine and EU, in particular creation of deep and comprehensive Free Trade Area, and reforms carried out by Ukrainian Government in the context of improvement of investment environment in Ukraine.

Representatives of the region’s companies expressed interest to widen their activities in Ukraine and confirmed their intention to implement new projects, in particular investment projects.
