Ambassador of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Belgium Mr. I.Dolhov took part in the presentation of the European Cultural Foundation (ECF) of the Princess Margriet Award to this year's winner - Visual Culture Research Center (Ukraine), held on 31 March at the Centre for Fine Arts BOZAR in Brussels. The winners received the award for its work building in the public sphere, creating sorely needed open space for artistic imagination.

Princess Margriet of the Netherlands personally presented the award at the ceremony, which was preceded by a debate with laureates.
