Opening of the Petrikivsky rozpys exhibition took place on May 21, 2013, in Brussels, in the framework of the presentation of the Petrikivsky painting in Belgium.

In his opening speech Mr Philippe Suinen, Director-General of Wallonia-Brussels International, outlined the main directions of cooperation and welcomed the successful development of bilateral relations between Ukraine and Wallonia-Brussels in economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

Among numerous guests, the evening was attended by representatives of the Government of Belgium, the diplomatic corps, business and cultural circles, Ukrainian community and the media.

The exhibition, which will continue until May 24, 2013, presents the best work of the craftsmen from Dnipropetrovsk region - painted panels, toys and pottery.
